75g Connacht Gold Creamery Butter
1 tsp brown sugar
1 Peel, core and chop the apples.
2 Melt the butter in a pan. Add the apples and sprinkle over the sugar.
3 Leave on a low heat, stirring occasionally until the apples are soft.
4 Heat the croissants, cut in half, and fill with the apples to serve.
