Autumn overnight oats
So quick and easy to prepare using Connacht Gold milk.
- 550ml @connachtgold milk
- 270g porridge oats
- 90g Greek yogurt
- 1 grated apple
- 6 tblsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teasp cinnamon
Stir and add to airtight container.
Leave overnight in fridge.
Decide on toppings.
