Holy crepe!

The most delicious crepe recipe for this Pancake Tuesday!


  • 240ml @connachtgold milk

  • 1 good tablespoon @connachtgold pure Irish butter melted and some for cooking crepes.

  • 90g flour 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 2 teaspoon caster sugar and a pinch of salt .


Whisk it all up.

Pour over melted butter on hot pan and flip .

Add some salted caramel sauce and Connacht Gold cream and chopped banana , roll up and dust with icing sugar , banana and melted caramel sauce with maple syrup.
